Q: Why do I need a machine?

A: Traditional canteens and pantries cannot meet the demand, range and high quality standards required in a modern day work environment. Our vending machine is a one-stop shop for all your beverage needs. These machines have the advantage of being hygienic, economical, reliable, hassle-free and space-saving while offering a wide variety of regular and premium beverages.

Q: Which machine is right for my needs?

A: Depending on the size of your office, the strength of your staff, the number of cups dispensed per day and the range of beverage choices required, we have a solution to fit your unique needs. Our solutions range from regular beverage dispensing two-option Indian machines to premium beverage dispensing multi-option imported machines. Q: Why is dairy whitener superior to fresh milk in most environments?

A: Within a few hours of being left outside, milk gets spoilt. Imagine the millions of bacteria that accumulate in milk even within an hour of it being left outside! We believe that the use of fresh milk in vending machines, particularly in an office environment where a lot of cups are dispensed per hour, raises huge questions of sanitation and hygiene. Dairy whitener gives the same great taste as fresh milk without any of the worries related to hygiene and safety. For this reason we believe that for coffee machines, dairy whitener is a far superior product.

Installation

Q: How do I go about getting a machine installed on my premises?

A: Once you have decided on which machine you would like to procure and have confirmed the order with us, we will have the machine installed on your premises by our team of technicians at a time convenient to you. Our technicians will also spend some time educating your personnel on how to refill and maintain hygiene in our easy-to-use machines.

Q: What are the costs involved in the installation process?

A: Machines are delivered and installed FREE of cost. However if the machines are returned within three months for any reason, a nominal charge to cover installation and transportation is levied.

Maintanence & Post-Sale Support

Q: How do I procure the ingredients required to dispense the beverages?

A: We provide all the supplies required by our machines to dispense beverages. Deliveries are made regularly as per your needs.

Q: How easy is it to use the machine?

A: Our machines are very user-friendly – easy to use and easy to clean.

Q: How are the machines maintained?

A: All machines rented from us include on-site maintenance and spare parts. If you have purchased a machine from us you would have to enter into an annual maintenance contract at the end of the warranty period.

Q: What happens if my machine breaks down?

A: Our machines are very reliable and very rarely break down. In the unlikely scenario that a machine does break down, we have you covered! If you have rented a machine or have entered into an AMC with us, you can call one of the helpline numbers provided to you and our technicians, in most cases, will have your machine up and running within six hours on a working day.
